Donald Clinton Vipond passed away in St. Jerome at age 81. Owner of Black's Convenience Store and founder of the Mille Isles Pioneer newspaper, he is survived by his wife Cornelia Gillespie, son William (Linda), daughters Angela (John), Carolyn (Allan) and grandchildren: Christopher, Kevin and Jillian. Visitation is from 12:30 to 2 p.m. on Saturday, September 18 at Christ Church in Mille Isles with service to follow.
